Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.

Please refer to the sizing chart and make sure to order the correct size. 

If the incorrect size is ordered, an exchange may be requested within 48 hours of delivery time and subject to availability. 

Shipping

It takes 3-5 business days to process the order and receive payment. Once payment is received  production time is roughly 1-2 weeks.

Please keep in mind each item is handmade individually and not manufactured. 

We do not control shipping/delivery once item(s) have gone to USPS. We will provide you with tracking information once we receive it. Delivery estimate for USPS is 3-5 business days (applied for U.S. orders only).

We are Minors is NOT responsible for any missing and/or undelivered orders. Please order at your own discretion. 

Shipping Internationally

We ship internationally. We love sharing our products all over the world. It takes 3-5 business days to process the order and receive payment. Once payment is received production time is roughly 1-2 weeks.

We do not control shipping/delivery once item(s) have gone to USPS. We will provide you with tracking information once we receive it. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks, depending on the efficiency of your country's customs and postal services.
